I am a freelance digital artist based in New York. I dabble in a little bit of 3D modeling and some basic coding as well.

Terms Of Service

These terms are subject to change at any time.

~ By purchasing my services, you automatically agree to the following conditions.
~ Uploading my art to AI generators is strictly forbidden.
~ NFT usage is strictly forbidden.
~ I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.
~ I will not work on your piece until I'm paid in full.
~ If I cancel a commission you paid for, I will refund you back the full amount.
~ If you cancel the commission for any reason after payment, depending on my status or the work I put in, I will refund you the amount that is fair to the effort/hours I put in. I reserve the right to modify pieces you cancel. ( I will not claim ownership of your characters, ideas or designs! )~ Refunding after I finish the art is forbidden.~ I reserve the right to post the artwork in my own portfolios/galleries unless you the commissioner state otherwise, of which then is charged extra for.
~ If my prices change during your commission, you will only be charged the amount we agreed upon beforehand.~ You are allowed a total of THREE (3) revisions during the sketching stage. I have the right to charge extra if you keep asking for revisions after the third time. I do not have all the time in the world to spend on your commission, be courteous of my time and of others waiting in the queue too.~ The time I take to produce your piece is very dependent on my real life situations. My normal turn around can be anywhere from a week to a month+.
I will inform you, the commissioner, about my status on your commission as much as possible. You have the right to know what's going on if anything goes wrong or if I'm slower than usual. If you need a rush order, I will charge an extra 25% of your commission price.
~ You have the right to use the completed image for personal, non-commercial use however you want. If you post the piece in your own gallery, please state that I'm the artist.~ If you are interested in commercial use, please let me know in the email at [email protected] or on artistree to discuss pricing. Generally, I charge 400% of the commission base price for commercial use.User Agreement
By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described herein.
You will agree here to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated, and provide all image credits to me.Paypal Disclaimer
~ Please note that all of my sales are "Digital Artwork" and it is the Artwork’s "Intellectual Property" that is purchased by you, the Client.
~ Nothing is ever intended by either me or the Client, to be physically shipped to them.
~ I am not required ever to ship any item unless it was explicitly discussed.
